Telkom helkom

So these telemarketers that work with Telkom called me to make a sale. I agreed on the contract and I never received the phone. However they diducted money from my account. I have been calling them since November 2022 for my money back, and the a lady by the name Simone said she’s working on a refund process with the credit department. It’s been two weeks since I have been calling and no answer. the following number which i usually called to speak to Simone ***. They not picking up and I am livid. Do not trust any third party or these shady companies working with Telkom. When I called Telkom they said they cannot help but money was taken from my account either way. Telkom-SA cannot be trusted!
