TELKOM HELKOM

I have been with Telkom, due for a mobile upgrade in January, tried doing an upgrade and was told my over 8 Consultants that Telkom changed systems in November 2024 and customer profiles was incorrectly transferred, mine is now on business from a personal, I can't be assisted and have to go to a Telkom direct store to rectify Telkoms incompetency..highly disappointed
