Telkom..Helkom

Telkom, you should consider being called Helkom from hereon. I have had issues with my landline in early November 2016, I reported the incident that took a 3 weeks to restore the connection. The technician on site confirmed that the damages were as a result of previous work carried out by Telkom technicians. I paid for a service that was not working. In mid December 2016, my wifi connection was now out of order which I again logged a fault on, under reference number 166CTK281216, and was advised that a technician will be assigned to the incident. I called in again on the 02/01/2017 and was told the matter was being escalated and that I will be contacted withing 24 hours. The reference number quoted for the call was 216931. Needless to say this never happened, I called again on the 05/01/2017 only to be told that the reference number provided on the 02/01/2017 was incorrect and the matter was not escalated as expected. I was given yet another reference for this mornings call, (938166) and was promised that I will be contacted today. It is ridiculous that I get billed for a full months service yet I receive no service from you guys, unless you operate in a different time zone, and your understanding of 24 hours is not the same as the rest of the world .
