Telkom have zero customer service.

Impossible to get hold of anyone from Telkom to fix an error on their side, as if trying to get hold of a human being isnt hard enough as every number just leads to a bot, once you eventually do they all promise they will get back to you but never do... All you get is an SMS to say your case has been resolved and closed but nothing ever gets resolved and you just have to reopen a new case, great offers and pricing but good luck if you ever have an issue you would like to have fixed
