Telkom have the most *********** staff ever

I had taken up a contract from Telkom Cornubia on Sunday , the 6th of January 2019. I was advised by Onke, the person who put through my contract , that I will receive my Tablet within three days, Yesterday I phoned Onke, and she advised me the stock will come through yesterday the 09/01/2019, if it does not come, she will phone me and tell me. She did not call me back, so today I phoned Telkom Cornubia and another lady answer the phone and tells me Onke is with a customer . so I asked her about when can I expect my tablet and she tells me next week. I told her that is unacceptable , than she replies to me with an attitude, ahe tells me that I must talk Onke and she leaves me hanging on the call and in the background I could hear Onke and this another lady having a chat, but Onke could not come on the line and tell me whats going on with my contract. Telkom is gone to the dogs. Management are the same as their staff, useless. theres no one to turn , if you have a problem with Telkom ***********
