TELKOM HAVE STARTED *****ING!!!

Beyond frustrated with this useless company... I was once a great ambassador for Telkom but we have reached a point where I have no more excuses for this USELESS company. Today I receive my bill, it's R200 more than usual, I have been upgraded from a 50 mg line to a 100mg line, No one calls you ask if this is ok, or to at least get my consent, nothing.... Business has gone this bad that Telkom are starting to *****... in any event the biggest frustration is calling to get this sorted, I call billing, they refer me to sales, who then refer me back to billing, You F*#K up and I must run around to get things sorted, No management to take calls, Due to load shedding everyone is on a holiday?? Telkom you are a disappointment to yourselves, your staff, and your products... Your management have no clue how to run this place! You don't even deserve 1 star....
