Telkom have not restored my fault +2months

<br> My phone line has been down for +3 months and my experience with Telkom trying to get them to restore the fault (or even get a technician out) has been ridiculous. Either everyone at Telkom is sleeping or they just really don't care anymore. One of the techs that came told me that many techs where getting retrenched so they don't care anymore. They then said the fault would be fixed in an hour, and left. (nothing happened).<br> I have had countless \fault reference numbers"and my faults have been \""escalated\"" more times than I am able to remember. All that comes out of this every time is I get an sms saying the fault is restored and then it gets closed. NO CALLS from Telkom/technicians and NO ONE showing up at my house. I get promised that someone will phone me and I wait for a week and nothing happens. Only to open ANOTHER fault all over again. This cycle is really starting to become unbearable and I'm seriously considering just cancelling it all just to save myself the torture. """
