Telkom have not contacted me about the Fruad case

<p>You are the worst company to deal with. Please no one ever take out a Telkom Mobile Contract. You allow someone to take out contracts in my name. Then I report it as ***** as you have told me too. But you refuse to stop trying to take my money out of my account. Now you sending me sms' to my actual number which you never had until I reported the case. I think I need to take you to ombudsman, and open a case of attempted ******* at the police station. I have been dealing with you for over 3 months and you have not helped. Or engaged with me about the ***** case I opened.No one has phoned me or emailed me once. I came into your branch at pavilion about 2 weeks ago. You told me fill out online form and someone would be in contact with me in 24 hours. That was 2 weeks ago. Still waiting. #TelkomAreFruad</p>
