Telkom have no urgency in sorting out account issues

Telkom sold an iphone16 to my pArtner and it broke. They couldnt fix that phone ***) and sold another contract to her. As of 1September both the old and the new contract is not working and she cant use her number for work purposes. Telkom is of no use in sorting this out
