Telkom have *****

Im sphindile manqele on the 3rd of July i went to telkom in pietermaritzburg liberty midlands mall to renew my contract i took a P20 of about R499 a month. So in total i have two contracts with telkom the wifi router and the P20 in September an amont of abou 1400 was deducted on my account when i called to enquire about it i was told in August i took 2 phones huawei p8 lite and another sim catd which make the total of 5 contracts with telkom when i know of only 2. I phoned to lodge s ***** case was told to send my id and an affidavit of which i did till todate every week when i call i am told a different story but they keep on deducting my money every month. I really do not know what to do anymore.
