Telkom Hatfield

Telkom hatfield the worst customer service I ever experienced. I had gone to telkom to take a data contract but was met with the most unwelcoming staff member who made the whole experience so bad that I walked out of the store and went to the vodacom store across and took a deal from them instead just because of this service received.

I went in to the store and first there was no one there to assist ,secondly the member who was by the name of nthadako or something ( mind the spelling not sure of the correct spelling) his service was just awful ,he has a don't care attitude and wouldn't even try to assist in the slightest bit after getting a number to wait in line i just had one question and later thought since the line is long let me approach him , he answered me while having a mid conversation with another staff member with just wait in line. I have never experienced such bad customer service besides that of telkom Hatfield. I would like a response from telkom in this manner as such a big company is being represented by a staff member who just doesn't care
