Telkom hates new business

I have been a customer of Vodacom for years. When applying for a new deal they did the application. After 3 Weeks no response when I eventually called them they said I was denied for the deal in spite of having more expensive deals in the past with them. Super disappointed in the poor service and lack of communication. Not the first time I've had a bad experience with Telkom and I thought this would've been better. Definitely cutting ties with this pathetic company
