Telkom hates customers

Telkom has proven that they don't give a #%^$& about customers, they would have installed an antenna at my house more than 6 months ago, which after I got the mail and approval which I forwarded to their subcontractor, I received no feedback, and no help, they tried to call me during meetings...work....that thing they simply dont do, now I still have less than 6mbs download speed on LTE, and to top it off, I cant get the normal ping that I was used to, my ping in game spikes between 100 and 3000 and telkom just decides to close a ref and not assist at all, and when you phone them you get these ****ey call centre agents, I want my connection fixed and I want curtousy data from telkom, no ping above 25, and if i dont get courtesy data I want my data for September for free. nothing else, either Telkom does their job, or I take legal action.
