Telkom hasnt solved my query from January

Hello <br> <br> My query SM187168 not been resolved since the 13th of January. I have given you my address and speedtests and not so much as a word from you guys. It took a month for you to ask for my address. then silence. Then a month later I complained and you asked for speedtests. Then there was more silence. <br> <br> Its like i'm dealing with a black hole. <br> <br> I have no idea what you guys have so far done, if anything. <br> <br> Thanks
