Telkom hasn't refunded me for 3 months now.

I have cancelled a contract with Telkom 4 to 5 months ago because it was expired. At end of that Contract they owed me R770, I requested for a refund 3 months ago and I gave them banking details, till today I haven't received my money. Prior to this Telkom handed me over to Debt management several times unnecessarily, even for the money I don't owe, now they owe me. And I addressed this with ICASA.
