Telkom hasn't fixed internet for two weeks

The internet has been out on my entire street for almost two weeks, and Telkom has not fixed it. I have called multiple times and received a different date they are going to fix it (they have all already passed) every time I call. They even sent someone on my street an sms saying they had fixed it when they hadn't. This is ridiculous. We are paying for this service but not receiving it and I need it to work from home.
