Telkom has ZERO support and can NOT transfer a call internally!!

What can I Say.. I cant even get through to them to cancel the ****ty service from Telkom. They are so quick to sell... impossible to get telephonic support unless you have hours to wait!! I used the number to cancel the service on the web site and when I eventually got through, I was told it is NOT the number to use!! All I want to is cancel!! I have tried 3 different numbers now..... no luck
