Telkom has wripped me off and is continuously *****ing from me

Telkom sold me a data contract of R99 per month, the contractual agreement was that my account would be debited on the 15th of every month. On 30 November 2022 R103 was debited from my account, On 15 December 2022 R400 was debited, On 15 January R400 was debited of which it bounced since i had only made R105 provision in my account for the R99 contract, anyway I then Payed R400 into the app so i can have internet as i really needed it. On R25 January 2023 an attempt R400 was debited from my account again, still no internet, On 1 February 2023 another R400 was successfully debited from my account by telkom. When i write an email to customer complaints at telkom they said its because i have back payments of which i was not in arears on my account at all during this time as per my contractual agreement. Telkom has charged me R800 for a R99 contract within the space of 6 days. I have also had to spend extra on buying data on the side as they were not reloading internet at some of these times.
