Telkom has useless customer service just like their *** network .

My contract was suspended due to non-payment in October 2020. In November I paid the outstanding amount, bringing my account up to date. Even to this day, my account is still suspended. When I call the call center, the always say they'll escalate the matter, I'm still waiting for my account to be un-blocked.
