Telkom has totally lost it.

So, I got a call in January to upgrade my smart one rate account, and my understanding was that I would be paying R139.00 for 10gigs anytime date. My previous one rate was costing me R150.00 a month. Could you please explain, how if my account was upgraded to the R139.00 package I'm actually R195.48 more monthly than I should be paying for the bill due 1 April as the discounts were added to the bill instead of being deducted. Kindly sort this out ASAP.
