Telkom has to much customers

How bad is telkom. I have a telkom land line with them and have been paying them every month. However, I have asked them many time to change my statement date as they want a payment in the middel of the month and I usaully pay them by the 25th. I wanted to apply for a laptop deal with them and because there is an outstanding balance of R206 that was due on the 16th of May, I cannot apply for the deal. Clearly telkom want to lose all their customers as I have decided to cancel my telkom and line and move the numebr to Vodacom as part of my fiber. After many years of being a customer telkom has finally hit the last nail into the coffin for me.
