TELKOM HAS THE WORST WIFI SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

TELKOM HAS THE WORST WIFI SERVICE EVER!!!! My uncle had a land line (coper line)for many years. He was told if he wants internet he should get a ADSL line that never worked properly, so again he had to change this to a LDE line- since he had the LDE line he was charge for 3 months for the ADSL line ( why we dont know). This LDE line is even worse and he cant do his computer work because its to slow or buffering the whole time. When he dialed his sisters phone from this line-it says her number doesnt exist but from the coper line it worked every time. He is so fed up with TELKOM. Now he told them to cancel this because he gets no use of this service and nobody comes to fix his problem. now he must pay a cancelation fee- why??? because product is not what telkom said it will be, he is now responsible to pay cancelation for TELKOM not coming to the party
