Telkom has the worst service ever and their insurance company is so useless!!!!!!

Telkom has the worst service ever. I hope i never buy anything from them again. Their insurance company is so useless. You as the client have to deal with the Telkom's insurance company yourself directly. I've been waiting for more than a month since i paid my access fee for my claim an i still haven't received my device. Now i can't reach the insurance company, I've been sending emails and making phone calls. Their just sending me back and forth.
