Telkom has the worst service ever!!

I had bought telkom freeme bundle on the 25th of June for 10G. Youtube used up all my networks data instead of the LIT data. I called the call centers every second day for help. I had to repeat my problem every time as if none of it was never logged on to the system. It has been and still is frustrating to deal with telkom. Today I was told that they cannot assist me because the bundle has expired and can therefore not help me with something that does not exist.
