TELKOM HAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER

I am SO frustrated with Telkom!!!

I logged a call 3 weeks ago for our business line. No internet. I have since called another 6 times ATLEAST to do a follow up. Every time they tell me the same thing. To appoint a technician and get them to contact me. GUESS WHAT :D NO CALL. NO TECHNICIAN. STILL A FAULTY INTERNET LINE. Wonderful. How do we run a business like this. I despise Telkom service. This is pathetic! *I never complain. But this has pushed my patience way too far!
