telkom has the worst service ever

I took out a contract with telkom in which they gave me all the wrong information, the day i took and signed for it they said im getting a full 30gb for 199 and now i found out its a 10 day and 20 night as im not happy with that so i phoned after 4 days off phoning i spoke to someone who didn't help at all, i wanted to cancel my contract to go get one somewhere else but now i have to pay R3500 for cancellation fees i have never been so upset telkom is the worst ever
