Telkom has the worst service ever!!!

Telkom absolutely has the worst service ever. For about 4 years now we have had a satelite phone. NO cables at all but when I report a fault I am just told, sorry we no longer fix lines in that area as there is too much copper theft. The more I try to explain, the less they understand!! I am so frustrated at the moment. Out line has not worked properly since October last year. Calling them is a waste of time as I get the answer as above. So I go onto their website, report the line. After a month - no result. I go on line to chat to an agent....get the same response - no lines due to copper theft. November my husband gets a call to say Telkom will be installing new phone for us. It will be done before Christmas. Well it is now February and still no show .................. yet we are paying for this line every month!!! This is ********* and in my opinion *****ing money!! I will probably get no response from this review either, but at least I got a chance to vent my anger to the shoddy service the public must put up with - quick to take our monthly payment but no service at all?
