telkom has the worst service ever

I lodged a complain countless time with Telkom regarding my account with them, they are double billing for one router, they are deducting on the 1st and on the 15th of every month, i have sent them my bank statement to show them, they havent come to back to me and they havent stopped now i must pay bank charges for reversing these debit orders, this has been going on since last year october till today it hasnt been fixed, i ll will never take anything from telkom and other people shouldnt either.
