Telkom has the worst service ever

Telkom is the worst company when it comes to customer service. In my life ive never been treated as badly. I would warn anyone strongly against taking any type of product with the. After cancelling my contract and even receiving a confirmation ive received multiple bills. After contacting them and wasting probably around R900 of airtime they finally cancelled the outstanding debts. Thereafter i still received a bill. Ridiculous how they can treat a person after being so friendly with the mistake they made. Im sickened by this. I get better service from a car guard watching my car than from a so proclaimed "professional institution". Never again! Just wish I knew how to report them to the ombud.
