Telkom has the worst service ever!

<p>We have been with telkom for a year now and we recently moved. We arrangend with telkom beforehand so that they can send a tecnichan so that we will have the fully functioning internet. They came to our house on the 9th of June. We have been calling from the 9th because the internet is not working. We have phoned telkom everyday since then up until now. Everytime we ask to speak to a supervisor they say they will phone us back- but nobody does. We have also been to the Telkom store 4 times already. We have been without internet for 2 weeks and my patients is running out. My wife works halfday from home and needs to send and recieve emails. She has gotten 'n warning at work because she can't do het work properly. </p> <p> </p> <p>We have gotten the worst service ever and nobody can help us. Evertime we phone they say a tecnichan will phone us back on that day before 5- but it's been 2 weeks. They probably don't own a watch...</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom is useless!</p>
