Telkom has the worst service and could not give a hoot about their clients!

<p>I am a customer of Telkom. </p> <p>I tried to have a phone I bought from them repaired.</p> <p>When I arrived at the store the staff were listening to music at full blast. " very nice sound system by the way" </p> <p>There were probably about 10 staff members around and as I walked in the music was switched off. </p> <p>Normally you are greated and asked how you could be helped. Not today... </p> <p>I was told my phone was too old and I must take it to your supplier. </p> <p>I asked for that in writing and was told they will not help me. </p> <p>I told Brenda that I needed a letter from my service provider for my insurance company and again I was told that Telkom does not do that. The ladies got quite rude and I told them I was going to compile a hello peter compaint and all they could say was WHAT EVER. </p> <p>I was going to get Telkom Fibre and organise my kids Telkom accounts for their cells phones, but now I am not coming back! </p> <p> </p> <p>You are not getting one more cent from me! As soon as my contract is up I am going else where! </p>
