Telkom has the worst service

Telkom service has been appalling. I'm sure this isn't news to anyone or even telkom but their technical service consultants are rude, don't have any answers and cannot assist with any questions. Is there anyone at telkom that knows whats going on? If there is can someone please give me their number.
