telkom has the worst service

<p>I app**** for a phone online last week monday I then called telkom on tuesday when I noticed I am not getting any feedback from them, spoke to a gentleman who confirmed that I qualify for phone and will get it within 5 to 7 days I have been witing since then and the worse part is that they have already taken money from my account. I want the phone tomorrow latest or else ill reverse the debit and go do business with people who actually care about customers I app**** for an s 7 edge</p>
