TELKOM HAS THE WORST SERVICE

I've been trying for the past month to get hold of Telkom mobile in Keywest to resolve a Query, The phone rings endlessly with no answer, I do not have the time to go to the store, I have then tried to phone the 081180 telkom number where a lady put the phone done in my ear, this is unacceptable!<br> <br> What is the point of having a store telephone if no one answers it and what is the point of having people at the call center assisting customers if they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction.<br> <br> I will now be looking for another Cellphone Provider, and I will be encouraging everyone possible that has anything to do with Telkom to stay very far away!
