Telkom Has The Worst Insurance Service

After being a customer for so long with telkom, iik very disappointed at how you treat your customers. You call and spend time on the waiting line and the When someone answers they drop the call. I've done an insurance claim last month and still today still waiting I've never seen a cellphone insurance that takes so long.
