Telkom has the worst insurance

Telkom insurance is the worst insurance even the phone was sent in for repairs on the 6th of May till today the phone has not come back. I decided to upgrade in the mean time as I was due for an upgrade. If only I knew how bad their services would be I wouldn't have upgraded at this point I want to cancel this contract
