Telkom has the worst fibre

Telkom has the worst fibre product I've experienced. There is constantly connectivity issues and they take ages to fix the problem. Fibre is supposed to be the most reliable internet, but it's not the case with Telkom. It affects my work life negatively since I work online and I can lose my classes and consequently money I could've earned.
