Telkom has the worst customer service in the WORLD

DO NOT EVER take a Telkom contract. Once you do, you enter the proverbial Hotel California. The Vogosphere of trying to get rid of the contract you do not want is hell. My poor father is so close to having a heart attack. If I lose him to this Telkom cancellation process, as God as my witness, I will sue Telkom for all that they are worth. WILL SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME CANCEL CONTRACTS WITH THEM??????? One agent tells him that a contract doesn't exist, but he's being billed for it. Another tells him it is there. A year since we've started this process and nothing happens.
