Telkom has the worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Hi </p> <p> </p> <p>I left a reply for you Mr Nolan regarding my month old complaint for my landline. I have two reference numbers *** and 11924. Mr Nolan your excuse was that you could not get hold off me I find that passing the buck as i did reply and advise you of when I am available yet no one called me back. I cant hear a thing when calls can come through and other times my landline is completely dead. We have been more than patient in this matter and I want to know if you are going to solve this problem or not as if you do not value your customers we can take our business elsewhere. Dont waste my time and pass the buck ..... solve it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
