Telkom has the worst customer service

TELKOM wrongfully opened 2 contracts of unlimited WiFi service for me. I only signed up for 1 contract not 2 contracts, they are charging me for this second contract I am not using and I have been requesting a cancellation for months on it but to no avail. I have been calling everyday and going to the Telkom branches but no one is assisting me. *** ( I want to cancel this contract I never signed up for and don’t use it plus I want a return on the money that has been deducting for months)
