Telkom has the worst customer service

Talked to one of the ladies to help with my account because I did understand what was going on, her name is Jennifer she was so rude and she just hung up on me.

Then there’s Nondumiso Shenge, she just says her name and not say anything. I could even hear her talking to her colleague and ignoring me. I swear I’m done with Telkom. I’m no longer upgrading my contract with you guys.
