Telkom has the worst customer service

Telkom has the worst Customer Service Telkom has the worst administration processes. I have been up in arms with them requesting a paid up letter. I am told that the matter has been escalated by the Customer Service Consultant, sadly no one is coming back to me and when I phone back there is nothing the Agent can do because they don't have contact details for that specific Department. For the past 12 business days I haven't been able to access the paid up letter, even though I have clearly stated that I am in a dier situation. Telkom has zero customer service. I am utterly disappointed.
