TELKOM HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Telkom has been playing with us saying our router is at the courier company from the 03/08/2020,today it's the 15/09/2020 and we still haven't received the router. And the old router doesn't work anymore so we paid August and we didn't have internet access this last month and this month we still paying without internet access. So Aii Telkom please do something
