Telkom has the worst customer service

Fellow South Africans please make sure you don't make any phone contract with Telkom mobiles because even after I cancelled my phone contract with Telkom they are still dedacting the monthly Contract amount. Even after I personally went to Telkom shop to cancel the contract it is still busy dedacting. Very dissapointed in Telkom please bring back my money.
