Telkom has the worst customer care

I lodged a complaint more than 10 ago upto now i am still waiting for them to resolve my issue. This has been the worst service from telkom. I bought a 2Gb bundle that had a LIT music bundle. When i was listening to music it used up my normal data instead of the LIT music data. I have called numerous times and no positive feedback. I just want to know if you are going to assist or not so i can port my number to another service provider. My work is suffering now because I use data for my business operations, I dont trust Telkom anymore. Never again will i ever use telkom in my life. I regret ever porting my number from MTN to telkom.
