Telkom has the worst client service, i am surprised people still use them, I will complain and make people and business move until i get my problem fixed

<p>The service telkom gives is very bad , they dont care about their clients. whe have now been trying for how long to sort out our internet, stay on the line for hours then all they say is, they will send out a tech, a month goes by and still nothing, we phone again and the same story all over again , telkom never used to be like this , the service used to be excellent . I feel like moving away from telkom, and hopefully they will see this and actually do their job for once and not just sit and do nothing, i know big companies that use telkom , i will make them leave telkom, i am sick and tired of paying for internet but never works</p>
