Telkom has the most terrible service ,No Service for the past two months

Telkom is really frustrating ,Since the 20th of December my Landline has only worked for a week .I am losing business and using money that I had not budgeted for as l have had to buy data and airtime from other service providers ,because my ADSL and Landline are down.
