Telkom has the most shocking service ever! I'm cancelling my contract with them!

I am very dissatisfied with the way Telkom is operating. I logged a call after 3days trying to get help and no one bothered to call me back to assist. When i called to follow up they told me they have 72 hours turn around time. This morning i got an SMS that my case is resolved... i still haven't received any call from Telkom and my issue is not resolved but they closed the case. Case no ***1
