Telkom has the disgusting service

On the 1st of May I noticed that every incoming call was "unknown caller" where the number is saved in my phonebook or not. The following day I logged a call with the call center and was advised that the matter would be attended to within 72 hours, it is now the 9th and I still have no view of the ID for my incoming calls. No one from Telkom has called me regarding this query and when I called for the update today I was told that the matter is with your queries department and I MUST WAIT for someone to call or text me or i can follow up late. That's a ****ed up attitude to have towards your customers, I want this matter to be resolved by tomorrow.
