TELKOM HAS THE BEST MANAGER DEFINITION EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After my wife asked the agent she was dealing with the transfer her to an manager she was transferred to a team leader, I don't know about you, but team leader and manager are very different things, As I have customer service experience, I know the difference between the 2 roles..... Soooo getting back to the issue at hand, after speaking to Thuli, my wife was told is she being transferred to a manager now and then..... Moses comes on the line.... Please understand that I hand personally spoken to Moses and he comes across initially as a guy that can resolve the issue but then to both my wife's and my dismay......... Nooooooooo....... Moses is nothing more than yet another TEAM LEADER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the best part........ At 12:35 I was told by Moses that the call was transferred to him because the manager isn't there............. OMW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So TELKOM THE BIGGEST TELECOMS PROVIDER is making so much money that they can't pay for more than 1 MANAGER PER CONTACT CENTRE.......... I am beyond disgusted at this point and the saddest part is that these interactions do such wonder for my wife's moods and health.......(NOTE THE SARCASM)...........Yet again another disappointing call to add to the rest.
